Took a break from all this grass cutting here in the boonies when the mail lady pulled in and delivered the replacement raffia hat that you sent. I had to call; it was too good of service to just email, LOL.

Thank you for your prompt attention to my inquiry. We have discovered that the problem lay within the Williams post office. The notice was left in box 1047 instead of box 1041. Notification of the arrival in Williams on 9/7 did not appear on our computer, as we have checked daily.
I now have the hat in hand and think it is very beautiful!!!!!!!! I am very pleased with the hat!!

I just wanted to thank you for sending this hat so fast,
It has just gotten to start snowing here in Cleveland, and I needed a less expensive hat to wear out on the weather. I moved here 3 months ago from Louisiana (Baton Rouge) and it is nice, but you cant get any kind of a decent hat around here (damn yankees).
I was really surprised when I got my hat that it was so nice, because it was priced so low. Wow. That is always nice. Anyway, if you have a mailing list, either snail mail or US mail, please add me to it!
