ORDERING INFORMATION

Purchases may be paid for by a number of different ways; our on line payment processing company PAYPAL, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, or Personal Checks and we now accept Credit Cards. VISA, Mastercard and Discover. Just give us a call and place the order over the phone.

If payment is made by personal check a 10 day wait period will apply.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Here at Western Charm we pride ourselves on quick and well packaged shipping. If for some reason you need to cancel an order that you have already placed, and completed payment. You will need to contact us within 24 hours, via email or give us a call.

If you are unable to cancel it within the allotted amount of time, and the order is processed, please follow our return policy for a full refund or product exchange.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

-Order are shipped using USPS Priority Service or FED EX.

-Insurance is included in shipping rate

-Combined shipping discount is giving to orders on multiple hat purchases

-International shipments are available and ship USPS, insured up to $100.00. Please contact us  

-Orders routinely ship within 2 - 10 business days of confirmed payment

-Orders can be shipped as a gift

-International shipping is available but is based on locations. Please contact us for a quote.

-Bridal hats cannot be combined on shipping due to the nature of packaging. Each hat is placed in it’s own keepsake box and securely packaged prior to shipping.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At WESTERN CHARM our main goal is customer satisfaction. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange a product please contact us first at customercare@westerncharm.com. Products must be returned to WESTERN CHARM in un-used condition and in their original boxes. Please be sure to package well. Upon receiving returned or exchanged goods, WESTERN CHARM will inspect the returned purchased and refund your money or send out the exchanged product. If the item has signs of wear, is damaged or cannot be resold for any reason, the item will be shipped back to you.

Please allow us 2-3 weeks for processing. Delivery charges will not be refunded. All refunds and exchanges must be requested within 20 days of the original ship date. Your items must reach us within 30 days from the ship date. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return. We will ship late items back to you. A $10.00 or 10% of purchase price restocking fee per item, whichever is greater, will be charged on all standard return purchases.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

WESTERN CHARM carries a wide variety  of products from leading manufacturers. We pride ourselves on bringing you one of the largest lines of  western inspired products at the lowest prices around. If you are looking for a product that is not found on our website, please don’t hesitate to contact us at customercare@westerncharm.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Most of our products are available to be shipped within 2-4 business days, but are quite often shipped earlier. However, some items our special orders and will take longer to process. Occasionally, certain items in high demand may be placed on back order. If for any reason a product is temporarily unavailable or out of stock a member of our staff will contact you with detailed information regarding your order.
